The maximum plant space is 6.0*1.25 with the width among 40mm and 100mm of polyurethane plank stuffs . And It produces two pieces each time .The pressing and locking of this equipment is driven by hydraulic pressure . It operates easily and flexibly. There is a gear synchronizer to make sure the balance of moved cross beam while moving . Transverse dolly is driven by motors, accelerating slowly while starting ,equably slowing down when stops, operating steadily without impact phenomenon and accurate positioning . Transverse dolly has heating facility.It'll bring heating if it's necessary to meet the temperature need of foaming technics and make sure the foam fully balanced.   Equipment Components 1.
